Request Account Deletion — Iqra

You can delete your Iqra account and all associated data using either method below.

Method 1 — In the app (immediate)

Profile → Delete account
Open the app, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account". Deletion is processed immediately.

Method 2 — By email (within 7 days)

Send an email to: cheikhahmadoubambaba00@gmail.com

Please include your registered phone number or email address so we can identify your account.
We will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone number, email, profile picture)
Your group memberships and chat messages
Your recital assignments and reading progress
Your push notification token
All personal data stored on our servers

All data is permanently erased within 30 days of the deletion request.

Note on group data

Deleting your account will remove you from all groups. If you are the sole administrator of a group, we recommend transferring admin rights to another member before deleting your account.
